Welcome to Dress Up in November!
A couple of weeks ago I picked up a pile of old paper '45' record sleeves, the colours are just fab and I decided to use one of them as the backing for my November dress.
I punched out some paper circles and made tiny button centers
I added a touch of black tule and glitter
poor Mozart seems to be suffering from the lesser known 'glitter' skin condition
As you can see in the background, I managed to make some progress with my cupboard and I'll post about it later in the week. Now I just need to find myself a little door handle and some kind of nameplate! Thank you all for your lovely comments last month, I'm so pleased Dress Up has brought a little bit of colour and inspiration to you, whether you've been reading or playing along with the project.

Those colours are wonderful Margaret - what a great idea to use a record sleeve. Lovely.

This is gorgeous. I would never have considered using a record sleeve. And I'm actually OLD ENOUGH to remember records and 45's even! The "flowers" are the perfect addition to the dress.
I can see you've made some headway with your cabinet. I look forward to seeing the finished project. And thanks again for hosting. This has been awesome.
once again, love it. I would have never thought of that! Can't wait to show my granddaughters!
Awesome dress Margaret! I love Mozart...and he looks great in glitter! Who doesn't, really..
I can't wait to get working on my November dress!
Take care!

Just adorable. Love the colors, what you did with the "buttons" and the buttons sewn on. Too darn cute. Riki

Another truly gorgeous and original dress Margaret, I love your ideas!
I've just added my link - I'm still enjoying making these dresses - just one more to go now!
Thank you again for this wonderful project x
Love this! I really like the combination black tulle and glitter on top of the record sleeve. To me it has an early Madonna feel to it... when she first became a hit wearing tulle and black leather and lots of jewelry.
maravilhosa de vestidos!!
perfeito! perfeito!
