well, I've begun but just quite how long this current burst of energy will last
is anyone's guess!
Day 2 was rather nice as the last of the QB5 ornament swap arrived
I used a postcard in lieu of a real pic as some of the gals are still waiting
I hung the ornies with last years swap, lots of silver, white and blue
I've made a mental note to make something in these shades next year!
already writing about stress on Day 2, deary me...
Day 3 and 4, I will fill them in, really I will
and now it's 21.30 Day 5 which is also looking a bit blank, oh my...
I got slightly distacted in the depths of my journal
I'd already prepped the page with a plastic pocket and 'trim the tree'
when Patty's envie arrived
the perfect place to hang her ornie stamps!

I love what you are doing. Stress and it's just the first week? I'm sure you'll find a stress buster soon. And those postage stamps are so clever. I haven't seen them at my PO, but it's one they are considering closing, so I can understand it.
just lovely Maragaret....

I love it, too. I made my covers and some of my pages... even brought it with me to my daughter's....but haven't done a thing in it yet.... but I got a lot of baby pictures to add! hee hee Love that you are doing this!
This journal is so FuN! Love the ornament stamps. I may have to steal, erm, BORROW your idea.
heehee.
Wonderful to see you being so creative Margaret! It is the perfect antidote to the Xmas madness and stress :-)
If you start gnashing your teeth - pick up your glue and scissors and go for it!
Are you all butterflied out then? I couldn't see any obvious ones in your pages.
According to my British field guide to flora and fauna, a Christmas butterfly has a long white beard which glistens with sparkles, flies erratically and smells of brandy. AND in it's previous life it was a tiger.
Have you not seen any in your neck of the woods then?

I really like how light and airy yours is. I wish mine was, but I keep getting carried away with the paint.
